Monument Park at a glance

Monument Park is one of the oldest suburbs and is located next to Waterkloof Ridge, Sterrewag, Erasmusrand and Kloofzicht -

my favourite sought-after areas with friendly residents, where I have worked, since 1998. The properties in Monument Park are large

and the gardens and streets tree-lined. Monument Park is easy accessible to highways and main roads - the N1, N14, R21 and close to

Centurion and O.R Tambo, International Airport. Hoerskool Waterkloof, Laerskool Monument Park and Anton van Wouw and

Nursery schools and the new Afrikaans SOLTEC Univesity are all in the area. The most popular shopping centre, Castle Gate just

opened its doors on 26 November 2021. It has an industrial open farmhouse feeling and a lovely play area for the kids, all surrounded

with restaurants for the family while enjoying a meal and watching the kids. It features the latest stores - Woolworths, Checkers,

Dis-Chem, Builders, health and beauty salons, Intercare for your medical needs, and a new Planet Fitness. Monument SPAR Centre

with a few shops and facilities. Monument Park west is in the process of becoming a boomed off security area which will

be re-named 'Monument Park Estate.'
