One of the biggest Zip line Courses in the world was approved in 2014. This is only one option but various other activities including hiking, fishing, mountain biking, quad biking, bird watching, rock climbing, adventure trails, horse riding etc. can be accommodated within this beautiful landscape. The cost for the Zip line course will approximately be R 3 mil but it can be phased.

Small Resort
The new owners can apply for 5 additional dwelling units, which is a consent use application at the Oudtshoorn Municipality. If the application is approved the new owner will be able to construct 7 dwellings on the farm, of which 5 can be up to 175 sqm in size and 2 can be any size. The structures can be managed as a small resort or since the farm is registered in a company, shares in the farm could be sold to different owners to create a private resort. Because you can buy the company, you will be able to have multiple ownership with shares. Get seven of your best friends together and buy the farm together and construct a mountain holiday home for each. Share all maintenance costs between the owners.
